Register the badges
Add your staff: Add the colleagues who are going to the fair and create the exhibitor badges. The number of exhibitor passes is based on the amount of square meters of booth space. Need more passes? We charge €24.50 excl. VAT per fair day for each additional exhibitor pass due to catering costs (lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day). If this is desired, feel free to send us an email via webmaster@hetportaal.com.
Do not forget to register the badge for yourself, use a different email address than the one you've logged in with on the exhibitor portal. Please note! Every colleague you register will receive a separate confirmation. This may end up in the spam folder.
